Walk-In Waitlist
Customers join the waitlist on an in-store tablet using their name and phone number.
QueueFlow helps barbershops organize walk-in traffic, display live waitlists, track customer visits, and send optional SMS follow-up messages to customers who choose to receive them.
QueueFlow is designed for barbershops that need a simple, professional way to handle walk-in customers, barber claiming, live display boards, and follow-up engagement.
Customers join the waitlist on an in-store tablet using their name and phone number.
Barbers can claim the next customer, keeping the waitlist clear and organized during busy shop hours.
A TV-friendly display shows the current waitlist without exposing private customer phone numbers.
Shop owners can review walk-in activity, follow-up engagement, repeat customer trends, and timing patterns.
QueueFlow can send optional follow-up messages with a booking link after a customer visit.
Each participating shop can use its own display settings, branding, and follow-up configuration.
The customer enters their name and phone number on the shop tablet.
The customer can agree to receive optional follow-up SMS messages from the participating barbershop.
The visit is recorded for shop-level reporting and future follow-up tracking.
If enabled by the shop, a follow-up SMS may be sent later with a booking link.
QueueFlow sends SMS follow-up messages only to customers who provide their phone number and consent through the in-store tablet at a participating barbershop.
