How It Works
Simple for customers, useful for owners.
Customer joins the waitlist
The customer enters their name and phone number on the shop tablet.
Customer chooses SMS consent
The customer can agree to receive optional follow-up SMS messages from the participating barbershop.
Barber claims the customer
The visit is recorded for shop-level reporting and future follow-up tracking.
Optional follow-up is sent
If enabled by the shop, a follow-up SMS may be sent later with a booking link.
SMS Consent
Messages are optional and consent-based.
QueueFlow sends SMS follow-up messages only to customers who provide their phone number and consent through the in-store tablet at a participating barbershop.

Customers are not required to receive SMS messages to join the waitlist. SMS follow-up is used only for
barbershop-related communication such as appointment reminders or booking links.

QueueFlow stores customer information only for waitlist management, visit tracking, and optional SMS follow-up communication for participating barbershops.
